Emily is delighted to be part of the hybrid Charlotte Mason model at TAA. She has a BA in International Relations from Wheaton College and a MA from Regent College in Practical Theology with a focus on children’s spiritual development. She is passionate about Christian education and has worked as a children’s pastor, school Chaplain, and teacher; most recently, Emily started a Godly Play program at St. Augustine Preparatory on the south side of Milwaukee. Emily, her husband Jim, and their four sons live in the city and enjoy exploring all the nature and culture that Milwaukee has to offer. Lately, Emily is happiest on the shores of Lake Michigan collecting treasures and watching the boys play while she reads and sews. Her family has been part of the Anglican Church in Canada, Scotland, and the United States.
