2. Attend an Open House
Prospective families have an introduction to our unique mission, model, and educational philosophy, and conclude with an opportunity to view student work and curriculum. Applications for admission are only accepted from those that have attended an Open House; therefore, at least one parent (guardian) must attend an Open House before beginning an application for admission. 4. Parent Interview
An interview with both parents (or guardian/s) will be scheduled after your application has been received and reviewed. This interview will be a time to discuss your family’s educational needs and to explore if The Augustine Academy can partner with you to appropriately and successfully meet those needs.
5. Student Assessment
Schedule an assessment of your children (cost included in the application fee). This low-pressure assessment helps teachers get to know your child and determine their class placement.
Financial Aid is awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
Current families must apply by March 15th. New families may apply as part of the enrollment process.
Apply for Augustine
Applications are accepted, and enrollment decisions made, on a rolling basis. A paid enrollment deposit holds a student’s spot in their class. All enrollees are considered on a first-come; first-serve basis. All grades are capped at 16 students; and wait-lists are established for classes that exceed maximum capacity.
Curriculum costs are included in tuition. Families should also budget approximately $150 per family for Home Day instruction books and supplies.
Progressive tuition discount offered for siblings: full tuition cost for the oldest student, then 5% off tuition for the next oldest sibling, 10% off for the third sibling, 15% off for the fourth sibling, and so on.
Tuition does not include the student uniform and field trips/monthly outings.
Tuition for 9-12th grade includes cost of annual retreat
- In addition to tuition, new students pay an application processing fee of $150 per student
- $500/student – the tuition deposit is applied toward cost of tuition.
Early Enrollment Discount
- Enroll before March 1st and receive a $200 tuition discount per student
Applications are accepted until May 31. Summer enrollment may be considered under special circumstances.

Note that attendance at an Open House is required for application.
